Pink Depression Glass with Gold Trim Compote Bowl and Plate

This two piece set of depression glass is beyond lovely, it is truly gorgeous! The set contains a footed compote bowl with an underplate. The bowl is etched with a flower design and embellished with gold flowers on the edges. The plate is etched with lines and embellished with the same gold flowers. This piece has a very art nouveau feel to it. There is no major damage; no cracks, no chips and no scratches. There is however, wear to the gold on the compote bowl. The plate shows no wear at all. The wear is visible in my photos and, in my opinion, does not lessen the statement that this set makes. Please let me know if you have any questions about this, or any of my items.
